All photography projects and unedited video clip projects will be delivered within 7 business days, except in special circumstances such as a rush order. For custom video work, we'll create a personalized timeline together.

Yes, discounts are available for student/charity/non-profit projects. Every project through the discount program is approved on an individual basis. Discount pricing is not available during peak season (June-August).

As per the contract that you'll sign before any work begins, cancellation is subject to the following charges:

• Cancellation within 72 hours of the project's start date/time will result in a charge of 50% of the entirety of the contract

• Postponement of the contract may happen, free of charge, with a new date no more than 30 days later than the original start date. Postponement of more than 30 days will result in a charge of 25% of the entirety of the contract

• Cancellation with 73 or more hours' notice or postponement of less than 30 days will not result in a charge

Once you've paid and received the deliverables, they're yours to keep. You'll be able to access them for free for a guaranteed 30 days after they're sent to you. However, you must download and store them somewhere safe, as content delivered more than 30 days ago is subject to deletion from the cloud (due to storage restrictions). If you need to keep your content in our storage for longer than 30 days, please reach out.
